#3potsadayfor5

A pretty chain circulated on Facebook between potters from all around the world, it was about  to present three pots for five consecutive days, every day by naming a different potter to continue the chain. There were wonders, and I did not know where to turn to see what made each other. Here is a selection of the tea bowls I decide to show.

Bonjour Armelle,
A lovely selection of bowls. Isn't it delightful how such a simple form can have so much variety! This morning I particularly like bowl number 5, the one with the irregular rim, and the white glaze. I also like bowl number 8 very much too, the one with the horizontal marks. Ha, it also has a wavy rim.. Maybe this is telling me something..., Today I should go to the studio and make a bowl with a wavy rim!
Happy Salutations from P, L, and NS

Hello Peter,
Thank you very much for your comment. The ones you like are both handmade and have the same glaze over different clays. I think I will abandon the color for the different shapes in the spirit of wabi sabi japanese tea ceremony, it speaks me more and more. At the moment I don't work a lot, some sound in my ear !!! And also thinking to open my workshop and makes some courses again for the season.

Kind regards from Belle-ile
