Alice in Wonderland / Alice au pays des merveilles

...Good bye feet" (for when she looked down at her feet, they seemed to be out of sight, they were getting so far off. "Oh, my poor little feet, I wonder who will put on your shoes and stockings for you now dears? I am sure I shan't be able! I shall be a great deal to far off to trouble myself about you: you must manage the best way, you can; -but I must be kind to them" thought Alice "or perhaps, they wont go the way I want to go !....

I received the book from Claudine & Douglas, and it's very nice to read this book by Lewis Carroll, compared with the translation of Henri Bue in 1869. Do you want to read bilingual books? Take a look here.

It has been 15 days since I went back home, here is a picture of the moon, sorry, it is a little fuzzy, last night, she was 7 days, new moon July 8. I dare not  to walk yet, like Alice, my feet still seem far away, may be in a week I could "find Mister Rabbit's fan" that will make them more accessible?

Yves is still catching lobsters, and here is the bigger one of the season, (4.6 lbs).  The sun is very hot at the moment, and it's so nice !!!
No walk and good food, well there is a danger !!! Oh I am looking forward to go back to the clay.

Bonjour Armelle,
What a delightful post, I enjoyed the Alice in Wonderland quote, it was the perfect description of how you must feel about your "new" foot! I do hope that it continues to heal well, and you are able to enjoy life without pain.
How lovely to see your photo of the moon, it is definitely the mirror image of ours, and it stands a bit more upright too. Is the moon made of fromage in your part of the world? We were always told that it was made of cheese when I was a child! :)
Very Best Wishes to you and Yves,
P, L, & NS

Bonsoir Peter,
Thank you for your kind comment, yesterday I was walking with my own shoes without too much pain, today I will rest. I am confident for the healing. I never hear about the moon as a cheese, that's why she is different, maybe because she is french, here, ha ha!
Best wishes for your healing, say hello to Laura and NS
